For as long as I can remember, we would write a poem as our Christmas card and send it out to our family and friends. I always felt this format had more energy than the traditional Christmas Card, and it served as a way to recap each year. I thoroughly enjoy creating the cards, with assistance from Maggie and the kids, and it is even more rewarding when I hear back from family and friends that they look forward to our card every year.

The kids enjoyed this one -- Drake is apparently more appealing than the music mom and dad enjoy.

If anything, you took our advice to "Pour another glass of eggnog and top it off with Jack."

Was the bar set too high after the 2015 card, or was the 2016 card simply a clunker?
